Over the last decade real estate developers and realtors have been incorporating rendered images into their sales pitches. And image renders are great – to a point. As great as an image can be, it’s only a cutout, a small sample of what it feels like to be in a physical space, to live in a home. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but no picture can compare to stepping foot inside a building and getting a real feel for the place.
